On August 5, 2026, Eli Lilly said the retatrutide clinical package is complete for obesity, obstructive sleep apnea, and knee osteoarthritis pain. It said it plans to submit a biologics license application to FDA in the first quarter of 2027.
Not approved. Not filed. No regulator has authorised a retatrutide medicine.
